Charming house on Lake Geneva

House offering a relaxing stay for the whole family. 2 km from the Swiss border and 20 min from the 1st ski resort and Evian les Bains. You can enjoy a small beach by Lake Geneva, located 200 m from the house. To enjoy the outdoors, a beautiful covered terrace with barbecue and garden overlooking a forest, and Lake Leman. There are two cats (Usco and Sucette) who live outside, and come into the house to eat. And two chickens. The space The house is on 2 floors. On the 1 st floor is a master bedroom with a double bed, lake views and toilet. On the 2nd floor, a children's bedroom with a bunk bed and an extra bed. On the ground floor, kitchen equipped with all the essentials for cooking, a living room and dining table. Sofa bed in the living room and next to a large bathroom with bath, shower, and toilet. The bathroom overlooks a courtyard with direct access to the garden.
