This comfortable house has been updated to include some unique features that will take you back to Colorado's history from the 1859 Pikes Peak Gold Rush to the days of the railroad. We have 3 bedrooms - the cowboy room, the railroad room, and the Master Suite with its tasteful decor featuring southwest art from local artists. The kitchen is fully stocked and you can park in the 2-car garage. Plus we have added a large hot tub to the back patio and a privacy fence. The space Furnishings are new and inviting. The home has A/C and central heating, along with 2 electric fireplaces. Guests will enjoy relaxing on either the front or rear patio where there is a gas firepit , hot tub, and BBQ gril. Guest access There is quite a bit of parking. Along with the 2 car garage there is a side area that would be ideal for a boat or RV. Other things to note The large screen TV is ready to go with Netflix, Prime, and other channels. Wi-Fi has a good signal for those that work remotely.
