Use of 2 beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella. Mary lives on-site and is available when needed. Reasonable time, before 9 pm. Christine and Mary are both available via Airbnb app and text. Emergency cell numbers are listed inside the home. Be sure to view our guidebook for local recommendations on our profile. Publix grocery shopping is within 5 mile drive. Convenient stores within a 3 minute drive. Beach access is a 4 mile drive. We are located in between Panama City Beach and Destin. Driving is necessary. There are ubers and lyfts available. No golf carts allowed. You are welcome to bring your own bikes. We do not recommend using the bikes to the main highway, as it is a high traffic area. Mother-in-law suite on the side of the home. Private bedroom, private bathroom, private entry. The host lives on the property. It's not a shared space. We are not within walking distance of stores, beaches, and shopping. Driving is needed. Please park in the guest parking area (guest parking sign). Not accessible for special needs such as wheelchair access.
