Our perfectly located accommodation offers easy access to all the sights and amenities of the city of Annecy. 10' walk from the train station, at the foot of the Semnoz with bus access. It has a small terrace to enjoy meals outside and allows access to the lake on foot. It is ideal for 2 people and suitable for 4 people (with the ultimate comfort mattress) It is a co-ownership parking lot without a designated space. We almost always have a space, but sometimes the parking lot is full. The space This is our main residence, so there are our belongings in the different cupboards, even if we try to leave spaces available for you to be comfortably installed. We have a dog, so not recommended for people with allergies. Our accommodation is conveniently located in the city center, however, due to its location near a busy road, there may be noise when the windows remain open on hot nights.
