We have Queen size bed and extra mattres. We have also 200mbps internet connection and smart tv. Guest access Our pool amenities is now open. And you can enjoy our city sky view at the balcony of our unit and you can stay in our open podium located @ 4th floor of Monaco tower POOL OPEN SCHEDULE; TUESDAY - Closed whole day for cleaning and sanitazion. 7:00am -12:00pm (Morning shift) 2:00pm- 7:00pm (afternoon shift) ENTRANCE FEE: php.200 per head/shift Other things to note 📍Check-in time: 2:00pm 📍Check-out time: 12:00nn 📌Please come 30 minutes earlier before check-in time. 📌Send us the full name of the guests list,24hrs before check in date.if there are changes on the list you need to inform us 48 hrs prior to check in date. 📌Send a copy of valid id and bring a printed copy on their check-in day. 📌We can’t allow extra guest. We can only accomodate 4 guests only. Guest is not allowed to invite any visitors prior from our property management. 📌We will collect 1,500 pesos upon check-in as a security deposit which is refundable upon check-out if there is no damage or missing inside the unit. 📌Any stains ,damages, broken or missing items wil be charged upon check-out. 📌Host is not responsible any damage or lost of personal belongings. 📌Check all your personal belongings before check-out. ❎STRICTLY PROHIBITED INSIDE THE UNIT❎ ❌No Smoking or Vaping inside the unit and balcony. ❌No grilling or samgypsal ❌No smelly food (Tuyo,Danggit, and Pusit) ❌No smoked fish (Tinapa or Daing na Isda) ❌No pet allowed (Dog or Cat) 📌Please clean as you go.
