The space Our space is cozy and inviting with the perfect ambiance to create memories for years to come. We added touches of detail to the home to allow you to enjoy this beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath home with ease. Each bedroom is tucked away from the main area for privacy & space and is equipped with its own Roku enabled TV. If fun in the sun with the family is what you crave, our backyard oasis is perfect with an outdoor sectional to share laughs and play games, an outdoor dining area for family bbqs on the grill, a hammock to retreat to for a mid-day nap, a jacuzzi to relax in with a cold beverage, and a pool to splash about in on a hot summer Carolina day!! We are The Blue Lagoon!! Guest access Guest have the whole home to themselves during the stay. We do have a locked supply closet right off the main entrance. We use this for stocking supplies and necessities during your stay. We ask that it not be tampered with or opened. The driveway is spacious for plenty of room. We ask during this time that the garage not be used or accessed during the stay. Other things to note PARKING: Our spacious driveway holds 4 vehicles. SECURITY We have 2 cameras on premise. 1 on the doorbell and one in the backyard. It is not to watch you during your stay. It is strictly for insurance and liability purposes ONLY!! PETS: Pet fees are $50/night per pet, but can vary depending on number of pets, breed, etc. (negotiable for longer stays). However, we do tend to be more lenient on the pet fee amount to those who are transparent with us. You are responsible for picking up after your pet while on the property and while in the neighborhood. Please be respectful and mindful. TRASH Trash is picked up every THURSDAY morning. You're free to throw your excess trash into exterior bins if needed. SMOKING: Smoking in the home - of any kind - is strictly prohibited, and we reserve the right to charge a smoking fee should there be evidence of this violation. QUIET HOURS: Sherrils Ford has a noise ordinance that begins at 11pm and it is strictly enforced. We love our neighborhood and community, and we still want to be invited to the community BBQs -- so please be respectful of working neighbors with noise, language, music, and pets. PARTIES: Gatherings are normal for our property, however, birthday, bachelorette, bachelor, wedding, or any form of celebratory parties MUST be requested for approval, as a deposit is required. Loud and unruly parties are NEVER allowed on the premise. If it has been brought to our attention that a party has taken place without our consent or if a party we have consented to has been found to be loud and unruly you will be found in a direct violation and you will be asked to leave the property without a refund and can be fined, no less than $1000 for the violation. We also reserve the right to allow the authorities to enter the premise at any time should such a suspicion arise, as we do act as a business and not a residential dwelling. We want to avoid having those blue flashing lights in front of our house just as much as you do, so please be respectful of our property and its rules. POTENTIAL ADJUSTMENTS Due to the properties consistent turn-around, wear and tear is inevitable which can require last-minute adjustments or replacements of items throughout the home, especially if your stay is within a couple days of the previous check-out. These replacements can include anything within the home from bed frames and couches to amenities and silverware. When replacements or adjustments are made, new photos must be taken for accuracy and updated within our listing and although this is typically taken care of and updated right away, depending on photographer availability photos may not always be updated right away. *Please read our home description and house rules very carefully*
