Beautiful mid-century home in excellent location under 2 min N of downtown Bridgman restaurants, & breweries. Quick 4 min drive to Weko Beach with sand dunes & hiking trails. Warren Dunes State Park less than 10 min south. Property is on a 4 acre wooded lot, surrounded by tall trees, wildlife & plenty of space to run around. House recently rehabbed & updated throughout with new kitchen & bath. A short drive directly E of the property, you will find the great vineyards of MI wine country. The space Unique green home that utilizes solar power to reduce its carbon footprint. Home has a great layout, is quiet and overlooks a beautiful property with tall trees and gorgeous nightly sunsets. Queen and king bedrooms on main floor, along with separate dining room, bathroom, living room and kitchen with all new appliances. Large upstairs space with queen bed, and additional tv & sofa area. Excellent home for entertaining, cooking, or just relaxing with family. Depending on the time of year, we occasionally get some ladybugs and stinkbugs in the house. Being in the SW MI country, this is common for the area. Guest access Entire home is yours to enjoy. We ask that guests park their cars outside the main back door entrance or on the parking pad by the garage. The barn and garage are currently not available for use. The kitchen has all the essentials to make your own meals, and the dining room is very spacious for you to enjoy. We have a basket of beach toys and a couple beach chairs you are welcome to use. We recommend bringing your own beach towels. Fire wood for the fire pit can be purchased at the local grocery store, a mile away. Other things to note SW Michigan is home to numerous award-winning wineries and tasting rooms. This house is located on Lemon Creek, which is directly on The Wine Trail. Down Lemon Creek, you will see numerous farms growing wine grapes, apples, and hops for the nearby wineries and breweries. We highly recommend checking out Tabor Hill, Round Barn & Dablon Vineyards & Winery. There are many events, and even hiking trails connecting some of these vineyards, all just a short drive from the house. Lemon Creek Winery is also a fruit farm with a variety of family-friendly events, hayrides, and you-pick apple and peach orchards.
