The space Condo features 2 queen size beds in each private bedroom along w/ a queen sleeper sofa in family room. Includes 3 TVs, private workspace in den, private outdoor patio, pool/beach equipment, heated pool and fishing dock. Guest access Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book. They will have access to two entrances. One front and one through the back patio that faces Gulf Blvd, directly. In regard to parking, there’s one spot per unit and does require a permit. Permit given at checkin and left at check out. If not left, a $50 fee will incur. Other things to note Beach access located a few steps from back patio. Easy to use wagon included in beach essentials to help get you to the beach faster.
