This newly remodeled (from the foundation up) two-level home has all of the necessities for comfortably relaxing - a wonderful private back yard, deck, balcony, and a hot tub! Our home has three spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a living room, dining room, fully equipped and stocked kitchen, and a private, landscaped backyard with grassy area, deck with seating, a fully-enclosed playhouse (for the kids to enjoy!) and a 8-person hot tub (for everyone to enjoy!). We also have the basic amenities, such as laundry with high end washer/dryer, fast WiFi, and parking – both in the driveway as well as easy street parking in front of the house. Perfect place to call “home base” as you explore the city or visit friends and family. We are a one block walk to restaurants, major grocery store (Safeway) and neighborhood bakeries. We are five blocks from the Public Library and newly-renovated playground. We are a 20 minute walk to the Ocean Beach (awesome Pacific Ocean sunsets and big waves) and 10 minute walk to Golden Gate Park (where you can see the DeYoung Museum, Academy of Sciences, Stow Lake (where you can rent boats), Japanese Tea Gardens, and Botanical Gardens).
