The neighbourhood is quiet, pleasant, and very safe to walk around even into the late nights. It is surrounded by chic cafes restaurants, bars, spoilt with varieties of cuisines. Transportation is direct to almost anywhere. MTR, buses, trams are in 3 mins walking distance. Pacific Place shopping is 3 mins walk away too . The space You will have the entire studio unit by yourself. The smoke-free studio is approx 25sqm. It is an open studio with sofa , working table, kitchenette, bar table, larger than double bed and toilet with full size shower . The studio is comfortable for 1 person, 2 people is a bit tight. It is a living studio where personal belongings are stored, it is appreciated if the space is being taken care of. Guest access The street is very pleasant, with chic cafes and small pockets of parks accessible few steps from the apartment . HIGHLIGHTS 1--The studio is located in the most convenient location for all city transportation, MTR, buses, trams, taxis. Admiralty MTR acts as the central hub for TST to Mainland border, HK Island South. 2--Studio is simple decoration, spacious for one person, and decent shower/toilet size for hk standard 3--Studio is showered with comfortable daylighting from early am to the late afternoon, and quiet when windows are closed. INTERNET ❗️Please note that there will be no wi fi in this apartment . One SoSim physical SIM card will be provided , with 50GB / 5G / 30 days . You will need to register , and follow instruction upon insert of SIM card . AWARENESS 1--Building is 60Y, while apartment is simple modern renovation. This is typical in HK for the price range and location. 2--Unit is as shown on photos. Its not sparking clean (for OCD) but it is cleaned prior entry and with fresh beddings and towels 3--The curtains let lights through, but not block-out. 4--There is no view and no balcony from the apartment. Please note that there is no cleaning service less than 7 days of stay. Thank you for your understanding . Please clean up the kitchen after heavy cooking. We will charge 500 for extra cleaning fees.
