Historic Malmesbury - Delightful home with parking

My home is a beautiful modern cottage-style house only a few minutes walk from the centre of historic Malmesbury, a lovely town on the edge of the Cotswolds. Decorated in a Skandi-Boho inspired style throughout the property, comfortably sleeps 4 with two king size bedrooms, one of which can be split into twins and two bath/shower rooms. There is a separate office with a single sofa-bed, for a 5th guest; please note on request only. There is a private garden and free parking for 1 car. The space My amazing home is a fantastic base for family and friends from which to experience Malmesbury and explore the wider Cotswolds, that is right on your doorstep! The property spans three floors, giving plenty of space and privacy for guests. The property has been furnished in a Skandi-Boho inspired style, making the house a wonderful place to stay! The downstairs layout has a wonderful open plan living, dining and kitchen space. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, gas hob, microwave and coffee machine. You will find a cosy log burner in the living area, as well as comfy sofas and Smart TV. My home also has a private garden with garden furniture for outdoor dining, including BBQ; a perfect way to unwind after a long day exploring! The first floor has the master bedroom with a king size bed, main bathroom with bath and shower. There's also an office with a dedicated workspace, with a single sofa-bed that can sleep a 5th guest. PLEASE NOTE, this is on request only to enable us to provide the bedding. On the top floor is a 2nd bedroom with king size bed and a separate shower room. Please note: This king size bed can be split into twins (2 single beds) on request at time of booking. All bedrooms come with hotel quality crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest and complementary toiletries. Please no smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property. Well behaved pets are allowed on request. Please give details, when making your booking, to enable us to determine if they are suitable for the property. There is an additional fee of £30 per pet. CHECK IN Check in time is from 3pm but we will try to let you get into the house sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before. CHECK OUT Check out is 10am, so we can get the property ready for our next guests. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole property, including the private garden.
