Welcome to our spacious CASA LILIA in beautiful El Cotillo in northern Fuerteventura. Located directly on the seafront and only a few steps away from the beautiful beaches, this is the perfect accommodation for an unforgettable holiday. Couples, families, water or endurance athletes, everyone will find what they are looking for. Our apartment is on the outskirts and yet central enough to be able to take care of all your needs in just a few steps and without a car. The space The spacious CASA LILIA extends over two floors and offers all conceivable amenities. A bright and cozy living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with new electrical appliances wait you on the upper floor. The comfortable sea view sofa and a 55-inch Smart TV are ideal for relaxing after a day of activities. Next to it is a fully equipped bathroom and the bedroom with a double bed. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors lead from the living room and bedroom to the spacious balcony with two armchairs and a dining area. Enjoy the direct sea and pool view from here and experience beautiful sunsets. The lower level features a second large living room with a 65-inch Smart TV, a sofa and two armchairs. The sofa and armchairs can be transformed into a total of 4 comfortable beds in just a few simple steps. In addition to the double bed, the spacious bedroom next door has another armchair which can also be immediately converted into a comfortable extra bed. Here you will also find a small seating and working area. Both rooms lead to the spacious south-west terrace with a dining area for 8 people, 3 sun loungers, 2 armchairs and 2 large parasols via floor-to-ceiling sliding doors. On the floor you will also find a shower room as well as a washing machine and dryer. CASA LILIA offers everything that is necessary even for two families or small groups. Guest access The DENEBOLA complex is maintenanced and serviced daily with staff being present on site from dawn to dusk. There are two swimming pools, an 18-metre adult swimming pool which is also good for training and a separate children's pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas invite you to relax. Other things to note El Cotillo is famous for its beaches and wide open spaces. Here you can practice a variety of water sports such as surfing, windsurfing or kite surfing. Endurance athletes can discover a variety of running and cycling routes for themselves. Just a few steps from the accommodation you will find various bistros, restaurants, bike and surfboard rentals as well as a supermarket and various other shops.
