This entire place offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located in the countryside and close to the sea, in a friendly hamlet on a cul-de-sac on the Pointe de l'Armorique. The house is ideally located for exploring Finistere. The calm of the countryside... wake up to the sound of birdsong! An idyllic environment for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay! The space The house is composed of: - a large living room with a sofa bed, a stove, living room (wifi) and a kitchen (equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, piston coffee maker, kettle, toaster), - a bathroom with a shower (dryer, washing machine, hair dryer) and a toilet, - a terrace adjoining the living room with very nice sun exposure, table, sun loungers and barbecue, - on the ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom (Italian shower, vanity). - on the first floor, a bedroom with a queen size double bed and a relaxation room with residential net, - on the second floor a large bedroom with sea view 1 queen size double bed and 2 single beds. Games available (board, construction, etc.) In front of the house, two private parking spaces are available with an unobstructed view of the entire Brest harbour! Sheets, pillows and duvets are provided. Bath towels are not provided. You will certainly have a visit from our cat, who is clean, affectionate and independent if his kibble tank is not empty. We don't accept pets, parties, and evenings. The house is non-smoking.
