The space Country Property The cabin sits on the highest point with surrounding mountain views including Yosemite and a starry night sky that is rare to witness in California. Wildlife seen on the property include hummingbirds, deer, quail, turkeys, rabbits, songbirds and hawks. The Cabin: You will enjoy this spacious home on one level (1400 sq. ft./130 sq. m.). We remodeled this cabin while working as park rangers in Yosemite. You will stay comfortable with the heating and cooling system and ceiling fans. The fireplace is available for use November-March. Entertainment Options: country Wi-Fi (download 12Mbps, upload 2 Mbps), 40-inch HDTV with a soundbar, Blu-ray player with internet access to personal services such as Netflix, HuluPlus, Amazon Prime Video, Pandora, You Tube, etc. There is also Chromecast to stream entertainment from your smartphone or tablet. House Book and Guest Log: There is a binder at the cabin with instructions for features. There is also a Guest Log with comments from previous guests. Babies and Young Children: We do not provide equipment such as a highchair, crib, playpen, or bedrails. Guest access The cabin is rented to one party at a time. There is a combination lock at the driveway gate and a lock box next to the front door where you can retrieve the cabin key. Codes are provided a week before you arrive.
