The LEMON TREE Island Hide-away

Hidden along a secluded little lane that branches off the Fisherman's way, the house is a pebble's throw from the turquoise Adriatic and the Riva, bustling with restaurants and bobbing boats and luxurious yachts from all over the Mediterranean. Newly built of reclaimed limestone blocks and old timber beams, this three storey house exudes old world charm with stylish modern amenities. The paved patio has an outdoor shower, barbeque, prep facilities and alfresco dining shaded by lemon trees. The space All three bedrooms are fully furnished with extra length king size beds. The house is on three levels. Ground level has an open-plan kitchen , dining bar , guest toilet, & living area which opens out onto tiled patio looking out onto citrus grove . This space has a barbecue, prep counter & basin, outdoor dining facilities as well as a hot & cold shower . Mid-level has one bedroom, bathroom & TV/ work area. Top floor has 2 bedrooms which share a bathroom A few steps down the lane will take you to the Ribaska - “the fisherman’s way” . Turn left towards the Riva with its lively coffee bars and restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries. Further on the town beach. Turn to the right and pass the more upmarket restaurants and further on the larger peach near the Pirates church. Guest access The house is key as a whole. Other things to note Arriving by ferry on the island of Vis the Bus to Komiza will be waiting to take you to the drop off point in the middle of the village. Take seat on the right hand side of the bus for spectacular views of Komiza as you descend the pass. If you have your own car there is parking nearby in the municipal parking area and a short walk to The Lemon Tree. You can have a fantastic day out by taking the eight o’clock government ferry to the island of Bisevo returning in the evening. Take a picnic with you or try the island restaurants.
