Boho Hideaway - room for women

The Boho Hideaway is located in Norwood, Ohio, and is a private room located on the third floor of a shared house with a young family of 4 - 1 married couple, two toddlers & one on the way. It is available for WOMEN ONLY. We also feature a photo wall for guests to add themselves if desired (see photo above). The space If this listing does not have the dates you need, check out our other Airbnb here: https://www.airbnb.com/h/thehelmerplantroom **PLEASE NOTE: We now have 2 toddlers and are pregnant with our third, which means things are a bit noisier + messier around here :) If you are not okay with some potential noise in the house and clutter, please do not book with us. We do our best to keep things clean + keep them calm, but this is a shared space and will not be perfect. Your room, however, will be clean. Thank you!** Your room is located across from the private bedroom of another female Airbnb guest. There is a chain lock on the INSIDE of the bedroom but no lock on the outside. We have never had issues with this and don't go upstairs without letting you know first. :) During the weekdays during work hours, it is possible either my husband, mom, or mother-in-law will be home to care for our kids in case you need anything. The second floor features a large shared bathroom. The main floor is all community space and includes the living room (with Apple TV), dining room, and kitchen. You are welcome to use all of these spaces, please just clean up after yourself and note they will be messier due to our kids. Guests will have their own shelf in the fridge - shared with the other Airbnb guest - to store any grocery items during their stay. We do not often have much freezer space so please let me know if advance if you need the freezer so I can make space. Guest access -Private bedroom -Shared bathroom -Shared kitchen -Shared dining room -Shared living room with TV During your stay We tend to keep to ourselves unless you need anything! You are able to be involved in events we host as much or as little as you like, but we are available when needed. :) Other things to note To use the shower, turn the knob to the way to the LEFT to turn on. The farther left you turn, the hotter the water. Turn to the right for colder water. We are centrally located to most things: about 5 minutes from Xavier University's campus, 10 minutes from Downtown Cincinnati & Clifton (University of Cincinnati's campus), 10 minutes from Oakley/Hyde Park, and 15 minutes from Kenwood.
