Rental of a comfortable 33 m2 apartment for your stay in Saint-Louis. Air conditioning is available at a small extra charge (related to consumption). The location is ideal: close to the island of Saint-Louis (15 min. walk to Pont Faidherbe). There's also a night watchman. The space The apartment has its own private entrance. A private bathroom and kitchen. The room has a small living room and closets. A fan is available and air conditioning is available for an additional electricity charge. Guest access You can enjoy the terrace shared with the students of the Sewing Course who have their premises next to the studio. Students are present from 3pm to 7pm, Monday-Friday. The apartment is at the front of the building and is not disturbed by the students. Other things to note This apartment is located in a complex where there is a local association that trains young girls and women in sewing (from 3pm to 7pm). This will allow you to have a local experience and support social work. You can buy fabric at the market and ask the seamstresses to do various sewing work (clothes, tablecloths, bags...). Please note: there is air conditioning but at an additional cost for electricity (calculated based on the meter). Thank you for your understanding. A caretaker is present at the back of the building for the safety of the premises.
