There is a Queen size bed with new Nectar mattress ( it is a Murphy bed so could be closed up if necessary) Separated by walls on one side is a Retro kitchenette with fridge coffee makers toaster and microwave on theother side is a full bathroom with walk in shower Guest access Guests have full private access to the guesthouse . Guests may use the pickleball court , paddles and balls available ( we just ask that you request desired time frames to use ) There is a private drive to park a car that you can easily walk to guest house at back of property. Other things to note We live on the property in the front structure and welcome your stay and are willing and ready to offer any help but also assure you full privacy in your own freestanding house .
