Situated in the beachfront row of houses and has its own private wooden walkway. The house consists of 4 en-suite bedrooms, a private TV lounge, and a separate open-plan dining, kitchen, and living area overlooking the rim flow swimming pool and ocean. The architectural layout is in such a way that the bedrooms are privately situated from one other. Each bedroom is comfortably furnished and has air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Bath towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels along. This house can comfortably accommodate 18 people. Bedroom 1 - en-suite 1 queen and 1 single Bedroom 2 - en-suite 1 queen and 1 single Bedroom 3 - en-suite 1 queen and 1 single Bedroom 4 - en-suite 1 queen and 1 single Bedroom 5 - 5 single beds of which 4 can be converted to king-size beds and 1 single has a pull-out single bed. There is a guest bathroom just off the living area that has a toilet, hand basin, and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes 1 stand-up fridge/freezer and a 1 french door fridge/freezer, providing ample space for fresh produce. There is a 5 plate gas stove and electric oven, 4 slice toaster as well as a microwave. Tupperware, baking utensils, ample pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, and a 4-cup coffee plunger. The kitchen is equipped with enough items for 18 people. Enjoy reading your book in under the private furnished gazebo or on a sun lounger at the pool. There is a built-in braai with a stainless steel grid for your enjoyment, please bring charcoal and firelighters. For those of you who need to work remotely, the house offers free Wi-Fi. Please just take note that the Wi-Fi can be unstable at times due to the remote nature of the house. Guest access The house is rented as a whole. Other things to note **Please note that a 4x4 is required to reach Aloha estate (You need to reduce tyre pressure by 1,2 - 1,5 bars max) No 2x4 vehicles will be permitted on the premises as they are damaging the roads on the estate.** The swimming pool at this house has no safety features. Use of the swimming pool and the associated amenities and facilities is strictly at your own risk. Please be advised that due to the remote location of our houses, there may be brief interruptions in the electricity supply. This can affect water pumps, leading to temporary water supply issues. STAFF TIP There is a compulsory daily staff tip of R70 per day for each of the 2 housekeepers, this includes your day of arrival and departure. Ensure you have enough Rands cash on your day of departure date. Antonio is the gardener and also cleans the pool, braai, and outside area, there is no compulsory staff tip for him, however, a gratuity is always welcome. Their working hours are 7:00 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 12 on Saturdays. If you would like them to work Saturday afternoon you need to pay them R75 for the afternoon and if you would like them to work on Sundays and Public Holidays then you need to pay them R150 each for those days. Their working hours include a 1-hour lunch. WHAT TO BRING Food and Drinks Charcoal ADAPTERS Items of a personal nature REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT There is an R6500 refundable breakage deposit, this is refunded within 2 weeks of your departure date. EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R1500.00 from your refundable breakage deposit, check out no later than 3 pm. No pets are permitted. Loud music, parties, and functions will not be allowed. House rules in all Estates have a noise level cut-off of 10:30 pm. Should you not adhere to these rules the full breakage deposit will be retained. *Should the property be booked by a group of youngsters, kindly NOTE no under 25's without parental/adult supervision.*
