The space Welcome to our cozy, newly renovated one-bedroom apartment, designed for your comfort and convenience. This space is the entire lower floor of a two floor home in central Le Bugue, and the independent entrance allows you to come and go as you wish. The floors are not connected internally, ensuring you complete privacy. The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed (160) ; in the living room, you'll find a versatile futon/sofa bed (120) providing additional sleeping space, and should you require it, a baby crib is available upon request. The well-equipped kitchen is ready to cater to your culinary needs, featuring a mini fridge with a freezer, a microwave, an oven, an electric kettle, a drip coffee machine, and a dishwasher. For your convenience, the bathroom is fully stocked with towels, shower gel, shampoo, and a couple of rolls of toilet paper. Families with little ones are warmly welcomed, as we offer a high chair, crib, and baby toys upon request. The fully fenced yard offers a wonderful view over the Vézère River, the city park, and the hills surrounding the village. Turtledoves, sparrows, swallows, and tits are frequent visitors of the garden. A hammock and a small table with two chairs are available to you as well in the shared yard. Come enjoy your breakfast or apéritif on the small table in the yard while watching the swans and ducks on the river! The patio offers some seating for you to enjoy early mornings and evenings under the shade of a bushy kiwi vine, grapevine, and rosebush. Our two bikes and an optional baby seat and a small basket are available with advance notice to allow you to enjoy the new bike path connecting the Vézère Valley. Cleaning and linens are managed by a professional service to ensure the highest level of cleanliness. Experience a cozy retreat in our one-bedroom apartment, where every detail has been carefully considered to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. Guest access You will enjoy the complete use of the apartment and patio with the exception of a utility room at the back. Though we will endeavor to keep disturbances to a minimum, we may need to do occasional yard work during your stay to keep the surroundings lush and inviting. Other things to note Welcome to the lower floor of our delightful two-floor home! Rest assured, we'll make every effort to ensure your stay is undisturbed and peaceful. Occasionally, we may find ourselves enjoying the terrace on the upper floor, which might generate some daytime chatter. However, we understand the importance of your privacy and will be mindful to keep any noise to a minimum, ensuring it does not disrupt your tranquility. As responsible hosts, we may need to perform some minimal yard-work to maintain the beauty of our surroundings. Please note that we do not provide bedding for the baby bed.
