The space This home has all the bells and whistles you could imagine for an incredible getaway to the endless wonders of the South West! Comfortably accommodating 6 adults, this 3 bedroom (with 3 King Beds) and 2 bathroom home will leave you well rested and wishing you could stay longer! Living Space: Inviting home featuring soft, leather couches, and a space at the table for everyone! Relax and unwind with an HD flat screen TV, with local cable channels and the ability to login to your own streaming services, including High-speed WiFi for your convenience! By day, utilize the A/C system, offering year-round comfort. At night, breathe easy on the private back patio while you take in the stunning views of Mingus Mountain & Sedona's Red Rocks. Kitchen: The kitchen is perfect to prepare your favorite home-cooked meals! Complete with a refrigerator, oven/stove-top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and Keurig single cup coffee maker! There are plenty of pots/pans, dishes, bakeware, BBQ utensils, and basic spices and oils. Kitchen linens, paper towels available for your stay! Master Bedroom: A king-sized bed centers the room with large, but private windows overseeing the backyard and Mingus Mountain. This room also features a ensuite bathroom, walk-in shower, and a large closet. Second & Third Bedrooms: Each equipped with a comfortable King-size bed and closet, accommodating up to two guests in each room! ***If you need a pack and play or high chair, please request them at the time of booking, and we will have them available for your use. *Linens are provided for all sleeping spaces, as well as bath towels and washcloths for guests. A hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience* Washer/Dryer: The home has a fully functional washer and dryer for your convenience. Gas BBQ: A built-in BBQ is located on the back patio! Garage: You will have access to park your vehicle in a garage during your stay! The property is meticulously maintained, and the interior is professionally cleaned and checked after each stay. While the exterior porch and furniture is cleaned after each stay, during certain times of the year you may experience more debris from wind, weather, native plants, and pollen. In the event the outdoor space is not sufficiently clean to your liking we provide a broom and basic cleaning supplies that can be used at your convenience! **NOTE: Smoke Detectors, Carbon Monoxide Detectors and Fire Extinguisher are stationed throughout the home for your safety GETTING AROUND: Conveniently located just off Route 89-A. During certain times of the year, the area hosts live music, parades, and entertainment events. Nearby outdoor adventure includes golfing, fishing, hiking, or biking around one of the many surrounding trails. Additional entertainment and dining recommendations are provided in a Welcome Book upon the arrival of your stay. Cottonwood is conveniently located to explore the best of Northern Arizona. It is 1.5 miles to Old Town Cottonwood, 6.5 miles to Historic Jerome, 18 miles to Sedona, 1 hour to Flagstaff, 2 ½ hours to the Grand Canyon! We do our best to maintain competitive nightly rates and we do not budget for the electricity costs for vehicles. Other things to note This area is a quiet, serene community in which only a small number of homes are rentals. We ask that you please be mindful of this and courteous to our neighbors. Quiet hours begin at 10pm. Please, no pets (not even just to visit), parties, or smoking in or around the property. Additional fines for each violation will be charged to the guest who booked and you will forfeit the remainder of your stay with no refund. If you desire an early check in, please reach out to us the morning of your scheduled arrival. We do our absolute best to accommodate early check in's when possible. We often have same day check outs and check ins so we just need to ensure that our cleaner has enough time to properly clean and restock the home and that our maintenance crew has sufficient time to take care of any needed items prior to your arrival. Booking over 2 weeks (14 days) will require a mandatory mid-stay cleaning, billed separately, in addition to the cleaning charged at booking. We do accept alterations requests, but ask that they be made at least 14 days prior to the start of your original reservation date. Acceptance of the alteration request is at the host's discretion.
