Just 2 km (2 minutes by car) from Alghero’s old town, this splendid villa is surrounded by 2 hectares of olive trees, offering total privacy and a peaceful Mediterranean vibe. Enjoy a 12x6 m pool, football cage, Ping Pong and Teqball tables, and a relaxation area with sofa and TV. A lovely guesthouse for two completes the property. Inside: a bright living area, six bedrooms and seven bathrooms: perfect for families or groups. The space The interiors of Villa Elais are spread over two floors, offering elegant and functional spaces. On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, three double suites with en-suite bathrooms, a bright living area, and a single room with private bathroom and laundry area. Upstairs, there are two additional double suites with private bathrooms; one also includes an extra room with a sofa bed for two. Upon request, a baby cot or extra bed can be added in two of the rooms. Each suite comes with soft linens, towels, and complimentary toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, and more). Guests also have access to pool towels and, starting from 2026, a charming guesthouse for two with its own panoramic terrace, the perfect retreat for peace and relaxation surrounded by nature. Guest access Guests have full access to all the living areas of the Villa. The only space not accessible is the basement, reserved for our staff who discreetly take care of the garden and housekeeping. All wardrobes are available for guests, except for a few display cabinets in the living areas, which are locked as they contain decorative items, books, and collections carefully arranged to make the home even more welcoming and refined. Other things to note We would like to inform you that our cleaning and gardening services take place mainly in the morning. Maurizio, the gardener, is usually on-site from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, taking care of the outdoor areas, cleaning the BBQ, and managing waste collection. Lawn mowing is carried out once a week, while the pool is cleaned three times a week by Acquatek, a specialized company that uses professional equipment. Elena, the housekeeper, typically starts between 8:00 am and 10:00 am (with flexible timing based on your preference) and finishes in the early afternoon. On linen and towel change days, scheduled once a week, cleaning may extend into the afternoon. Thanks to their discretion and professionalism, the Villa will always be tidy and spotless, allowing you to fully enjoy every moment of your stay.
