The Brice at Chillinois River Cabins! The Brice sits on 5 acres with our additional house named "The Sanco", which is also on Airbnb. If dates are open, you could rent both houses for a larger party! The Brice features a large outdoor living space complete with bar, hot tub, bar table, porch swing, dining table and tons of outdoor games such as washers, Cornhole, flag football, bocce ball etc. The interior features beds for 3 couples and 4 singles. The space WALK TO THE RIVER! SWIM IN THE RIVER! FISH! RELAX IN A HAMMOCK! RUN INTO TOWN! TAKE THE CANOE OR KAYAK FOR A SPIN! The Brice house at Chillinois River Cabins is now available for rent! This home is next door to our other listing "The Sanco" is on Airbnb. Both houses are located on 5 of the most beautiful acreage ON the river. When we say ON, we mean it! Rent both houses for a larger group! The Brice has an industrial/nautical/rustic feel with amazing views of the river from the front porch. Enjoy the outdoor bar area complete with mini fridge. The interior can sleep 10 or 11 if one uses the large comfy couch. There are 2 double beds, 4 twins and 1 king. Enjoy the fully stocked coffee/tea bar, games for indoor and out and free wifi, Netflix, Hulu and Disney +. Take a walk down the nature trail which opens up to a cliff with amazing views or stroll to the river's edge to swim, fish or relax. Charcoal grill and plenty of outdoor seating! PLEASE READ Be aware of the following dates: June 13-16, August 1-3, October 15-20. On these dates I have been informed that the float company next to us will be holding concerts with loud music which you will hear at night It is out of my control unfortunately. Guest access Guests renting either home have shared access to the river, pond and nature trail. The outside gaming area with the volleyball net goes with The Sanco house next door. The Brice house has all available games on the front porch. Of course games may be brought out to the yard in front of the house Other things to note Chillinois River Resort does NOT allow tent camping anywhere on the property.
