Enjoy the outdoor bar area complete with mini fridge. The interior can sleep 10 or 11 if one uses the large comfy couch. There are 2 double beds, 4 twins and 1 queen. Enjoy the fully stocked coffee/tea bar, games for indoor and out and free wifi, Netflix, Hulu and Disney +. Take a walk down the nature trail which opens up to a cliff with amazing views or stroll to the river's edge to swim, fish or relax. Charcoal grill and plenty of outdoor seating! Guest access Guests renting either home have shared access to the river, pond and nature trail. The outside gaming area with the volleyball net goes with The Sanco house next door. The Brice house has all available games on the front porch. Of course games may be brought out to the yard in front of the house
