The Mountaineer Apartment - Gunnison

1 Bedroom, 1 Bath Apartment The space Welcome to The Mountaineer Apartment brand new on the market in May 2023! Conveniently located across the street from Western State College on N Colorado. This space is perfect for visiting the school, or just Gunnison in general. The apartment is located above the garage of our other rental home, The Mountaineer. Alley entrance- Open the door (with your door code) to the flight of stairs, you enter the Livingroom/Kitchen area with a sleeper sofa and a cozy electric fireplace. This area has a washer/dryer and 1/2 bath. Adjoining this space is 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 1 full bath. Sorry, the garage is kept private for the owners, but you can park next to the garage (Space enough for 1 car.) All extra cars will need to be parked along the street. Guest access Alley entrance between/off of Georgia and Ohio Ave Parallel Park in front of the garage doors in the alley. (Leave door on left/north unblocked just in case the owners need to get something out) The entry door is to the right of the Garage doors with a BHHS Sign that says Vacation Rental, Mountaineer Apartment. My cell phone is on the sign so that if you or the neighbors need me everyone has it. The black pad lights up when you place your hand on it or if you touch YALE. If the sun is hitting it it can be hard to see. To LOCK the door simply touch YALE Trash- Totes are located next to garage in the alley. Please use only our totes that we provide. Please DO NOT USE THE NEIGHBORS dumpster Door Access Code: last 4 digits of the phone number you provided while booking You access the house with the 4 digit access code then hit the checkmark on the lower-left corner. To activate the keypad, place your hand in front of the black pad by the handle. Check-in is 4pm mountain time. If you come early your access may not work. You can use your code from 4pm of your arrival date until 10 am on your departure date Please adhere to our strictly enforced NO SMOKING (Tobacco or Marijuana) or PETS in the property. Check-Out Time- 10:00 AM at the latest; unless a “guaranteed late check out” was purchased in advance.
