Our cozy house has 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bright living room & small bathroom. Lake Garda and the village center are within walking distance in about 30 minutes. The space The cottage is located within a residence and offers you not only peace and relaxation, but also numerous leisure opportunities. The large communal pool as well as the children's pool are just a few meters away, and a tennis court is also available. Furthermore, in the park of the complex there is a children's playground, table tennis, bocce courts, a volleyball, basketball and soccer field. Villa has two bedrooms, double bed and 2 single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, WC and bidet. The living and dining area leads to the terrace or large garden. Relax on the sun loungers in the garden or enjoy a cozy barbecue in the shade of the pavilion outdoor. The villa has air conditioning, underfloor heating, TV with international and German channels, WiFi, washing machine and dishwasher. Guest access In our cottage, all guests have free access to a wide variety of communal facilities, which make your stay even more enjoyable.
