Each image in the ad is a COMPLETE and INDEPENDENT space in the same building. There are 4 units with bedroom/living room, bathroom and kitchen. Two in the top and two in the ground floor. The ad aims to understand your hosting needs. We can accommodate groups of up to 15 people, depending on availability. The spaces have all utensils of the home. Make your inquiry clearly stating the number of people, check-in and check-out days and other details. The amount is agreed between the parties. The space Espaço Florescer is a true Home. We offer functional and independent houses/apartments, with everything you need to rest, work and prepare your own food. Espaço Florescer is centrally located in the city, an easily accessible location, close to the city's main colleges (UENF, FDC and UFF) and for those going to Porto do Açu or other beaches in the region. For those who come for fun, the place is close to Vix, Multiplace and CEPOP. The neighborhood has extensive commerce. In 5 minutes you will find Supermarkets, Bakeries, Pharmacies, Bars and Restaurants. *House Rules* As our spaces are compact and have a condominium/apartment structure, we have some rules that aim to provide for everyone's well-being. We do➡️ not allow parties, gatherings or loud music on the premises. We do➡️ not allow more people on site than the number contracted in the reservation. We do➡️ not allow visitors on the premises, gatherings must take place outside the premises. We don➡️'t allow pets. ➡️For smokers, please use the outside area or windows. ➡️Please do not throw cigarette butts, trash or other objects out the window or in the neighborhood. ➡️Please maintain the organization of the environment and structuring of the furniture. ➡️Please clean the kitchen utensils after use. ➡️Please turn off electronics after use. *Please assess whether you are able to respect these in order to avoid inconvenience.
