Restaurants, grocery stores, a ba and all the services are just under the house. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a large living room and kitchen. It features air conditioning, WI-FI Internet access, washing machine and a balcony on Piazza Chiesa Nuova with sea view. The space The house has a big living room with couch, TV, fireplace and dining table, and a kitchen with a breakfast table at ground floor. From the living room it's possible to access to the first floor, where you'll find a double bedroom, that has a balcony with a view of Piazza Chiesa Nuova and the sea, and a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. The rooms are consecutive, there is no aisle betwen them. From the first room you access to the second: a triple room.
