River Haven: Hot Tub, Games Galore, Private Beach

Welcome to River Haven! A quiet, family-friendly getaway in the heart of the Russian River Valley. Located just a 5 min drive from downtown Guerneville, and a 5 min walk to a private neighborhood beach, River Haven is a perfect wine country getaway. The house has a large yard, brand new hot tub, outdoor lounge/kitchen area, movie theater and a game room with a pool table, ping-pong, darts, peloton, etc! A canoe, kayak and SUP are located at the beach and are available for use during your stay. The space There is a fully-fenced yard for privacy and to provide a safe space for your pets to run around. Enjoy your time with family and friends in the recreation room with a pool table, ping-pong, giant Connect Four, dart board and plenty of board games. There are also several lawn games available for your enjoyment (corn hole, spikeball, and giant Jenga). Get cozy and watch your favorite or newly released films in the movie theater with a 1080P, 100" projector screen with screen mirroring capabilities, Amazon FireTV and surround sound. The upstairs portion of the house is heated/cooled with a mini-split AC/Heating system. There is one unit located in the living room/dining room area and another in the primary bedroom (with King bed and en-suite bathroom). Please note that the rec room and theater room are not heated. A space heater and fan will be provided to heat/cool the rooms as needed. Put your pizzaiolo skills to the test with the propane powered Ooni pizza oven available for your use (outdoor use only)! Instructions will be provided at the house if you are unfamiliar with how to use. There's also a Peloton exercise bike available for use in the garage. There are both clip-in and baskets on the pedals. Not only is this a great house to entertain family/friends, but it is a great place to work from home (WFH). There is a dedicated work space and plenty of room to work in the dining room area (or even outside on the deck or outdoor lounge area in the warmer months). Parking: There is room for Three (3) cars in the front of the house and one (1) in the garage. RVs, Trailers and campers are prohibited by the Sonoma County Vacation Rental ordinance Guest access Guests will have access to the main house and entire yard/outdoor area. Other things to note Maximum overnight occupancy is 8 persons, and daytime maximum occupancy is 14 persons. Enough amenities will be provided to get you started - a couple rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, some paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, and sugar. There may also be cooking oil, seasonings like salt and pepper and other things to cook with. However, these are brought by the guests and left for future guest use. I cannot guarantee everything will be fully stocked. If there is anything missing that you feel should be included, don't hesitate to ask! The neighborhood beach is located just 0.2 miles away (~5 mins walk) where you will be provided with a 10' x 10' canopy for use as well as access to a canoe, kayak and stand-up paddle board (SUP). The boats are available seasonally and are kept at the beach and chained down with a lock. The code will be provided upon check-in if the river permits boating and they are down at the beach for use. There are bamboo mats, beach towels and chairs available for your use as well during the beach season.
