The space The property is newly built, located about 18 minutes by car from downtown and 10 minutes from the city's main malls. Our check-in system is differentiated and automatic: we will give you a password after booking and everything is fine, just arrive at the main gate and type it. Simple, practical and uncomplicated! Everything has been carefully designed to make your experience as comfortable as possible: Split 12,000 Btus, electric shower, refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, sandwich maker, iron, dryer, 1 double bed and 1 comfortable sofa bed, wardrobe, washing machine, coffee maker, bed and bath linens, dining table, Smart TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi, vinyl flooring, among other amenities. Guest access The apartment is entirely reserved for the guest, there is no sharing. Other things to note ON the FLOOR ABOVE THE APARTMENTS WE HAVE WORKS IN PROGRESS AND MAY ENJOY THEIR LODGING IN the APARTMENT, BUT THERE WILL BE SOME OCCASIONAL NOISES BETWEEN 8:30hrs to 12hrs and 13:00hrs to 17:00hrs. Weekends and holidays are not working days, so there will be no noise.
