No free carpark spot provided with this apartment. There are a few street parking downstairs and parking lot nearby. -Is the room shared? No, it's the entire place. - What facilities are there? The gym, pool, Sauna and Steam are open to use for all guests, it is located on level 9 of the building, and open from 5:00am-11:00pm. All guests need to attend the building induction on ground floor with reception before they use it. -Can we store the luggage somewhere in building if we arrive early or leaving late? This is a residential building so the concierge do not help keep luggage, however our key collection spot can help store the luggage with some extra fee. -How do we check in? There is a concierge for key collection, with 24 hours check-in service option there will be staff handles the keys to you in person to make you feel welcome from 9 Am – 6 Pm. What is the check-in and check-out time? - Check-in 3:00pm and check- out 10 am - Can we check-in early? It is subject to availability, depends on the situation of the day, we can keep you updated on the arrival day. - Does the room has a balcony? No there is no balcony in this apartment. -What is the sleeping arrangement? 1 Queen size Bed, 1 Single Size Sofa Bed.
