The space The unit is located on the first floor and covers approximately 170 sqm, offering generous and airy interiors. Access is via a spacious entrance hall and a handcrafted walnut staircase, leading to the main living level. Other things to note The accommodation is located on the first floor and is accessible via stairs. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms. The rear outdoor areas and the barbecue area are shared with Villa Gabri 2. Baby cot available on request. For stays from 1 April 2026, the city tax will be €3 per person per night (currently €1).
