Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Awesome 2 Bedroom townhome just north of Old Town in Fort Collins. You're renting the entire place for your vacation, trip or whatever brings you to town. There is also an addition Queen Bed in an office/loft type area, but this is not considered a bedroom as it has no door and is open on one side. Located just 1 mile from the heart of downtown, this house is located in a charming neighborhood. Enjoy your stay! The space Two bedrooms have King beds and are super comfy! These bedrooms are both on the second floor. One has an attached shower/bath and the other has a bathroom just outside the bedroom door. There is a third bed, Queen size, on the second floor in a loft/office area. There is no door for privacy and whoever stays on this bed would share the shower/tub bathroom with the other bedroom. The sofa in the living room is a queen size sleeper sofa, if you need sleeping arrangements for up to 8. The 2 bedrooms with doors have 55" TV with a roku streaming stick. The living room has a 55" TV and a roku streaming stick as well. Seating at the kitchen counter can hold up to 3 and there should be enough dinnerware to serve more than that. There is also a dining area with a table that can seat 6 comfortably. Guest access Guests will receive self check-in instructions before arrival. Most likely a unique pin to the doors and a garage code. Other things to note We use professional cleaners to turn the unit over between guests. They spend between 3-4 hours each cleaning and follow the recommended cleaning protocols! There is a train in close proximity to the neighborhood. I've stayed at the unit several days and have heard it faintly during the day, but it has never awoken me at night. Also, the nearby town home is finishing construction, so there may be some added noise during the week during normal hours of business. Registration Details STR-00619418
