This is a luxury living home with brand new and expensive fixtures and furniture. Please ensure that your children are respecting the property as if it were your own home. Taking shoes off at the door, not wandering around with fruit juice or popsicles to stain the upholstery or carpeting. Please do not move furnishings around to different rooms. If you remove small appliances, remotes, or videos to put them away, please be sure everything is put back as it was before you leave. We ask that you not disrupt the other house located nearby and please don't borrow furnishings from other house. If you or your children break or damage anything, please let me know.
