We are nestled in historic Carleton Place with the Mississippi River 2 blocks away and just a short drive from our nation's capital. Satisfy your craving for food, drink and music at any one of our pubs and local restaurants. We are 24 km from Pakenham Ski Hill and less than 1 hr from Calabogie for a scenic day of skiing. The space Bella Luna is the love child of Maurine (retired baker by trade) and Jonathan Adair (Electrical Engineer). We are avid global travelers with a deep passion for enjoying a good retreat. We wanted Bella Luna to be a space that would allow you to recharge your batteries, tuning out distractions while staying at Bella Luna - your home away from home. Both the Hemingway Room and the Green Room offer the utmost in privacy. The larger of the two rooms (Hemingway Room) has a walk in closet, king size bed, tv with streaming available and lots of seating and a desk if you feel up to working. The Green Room offers a double bed, large closet, seating and desk. We stock strong local coffees and offer a light continental breakfast to start your day off right as well as a complete coffee/tea bar to make your morning latte. We can't wait for you to visit to experience all the Carleton Place has to offer. Guest access Guests have access to all common areas of the home including their rooms, and shared private bathroom on the 2nd floor except the third floor and the owners private offices. During your stay We would be more than happy to offer help during your stay and only need to message us through the Airbnb platform or if home ask us directly.
