We offer for rent our pretty little studio located in Maubec, in a quiet subdivision and close to amenities. The studio is in the garden of our house. It is independent but the outdoor areas are shared with us and our 2 nice pugs! A garden area with barbecue and garden furniture is entirely dedicated to you. From May to September, you can use the swimming pool. There are deckchairs and a pétanque court. The space The accommodation is located in a quiet subdivision in the heart of the Luberon. Close to the village of Maubec where there is a bakery, pastry shop, butcher shop, grocery store/tobacconist, restaurants and bar. Very close to the beautiful villages of Gordes, Menerbes, Oppède le vieux, Bonnieux ... Avignon TGV train station is 40 minutes away and Marseille airport is 50 minutes by car. The one-room home has reversible air conditioning and all the amenities needed to cook. There is a double bed in 140cm. There is a TV (with fire TV) and a DVD player. Classic channels are available and you have the option to put Netflix or other with your own codes. Attention: the TV works with the internet and the network can sometimes be capricious! We offer a wide range of DVDs as well as some board games. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The place is located in the garden of our house. We live there, opposite the little house you will occupy. Guest access We share our swimming pool with our guests. It's not secure. The garden is also shared. However, you have some spaces that are reserved for you. Other things to note The accommodation is intended to accommodate a maximum of 2 people. No pets allowed as we have 2 small dogs.
