On our recent family property, we offer 2 independent bedrooms of the main house, with an area of 16 m2, dressing room, bathroom (Italian shower, vanity unit and toilet). Heated pool (May to Sept/7 a.m. to 11 p.m.), access to outdoor facilities, independent kitchen (fridge, hob, microwave, dishes). Parking. Rennes 15 minutes Dinan 30 minutes St Malo 45 minutes Brocéliande Forest 20 minutes The space Atypical new house comprising 2 buildings: 1 traditional building with living rooms, a wooden building overlooking the pool with 3 bedrooms. Visiting the area, business or student travel, you are welcome. 2 independent bedrooms are available to rent: - the "Cèdre" room in green and white tones offers you a natural and relaxed atmosphere. - the "chic" room adorned with bright white and wood offers you a chic and elegant atmosphere. Each of the rooms has independent access with lock, shutters, wooden parquet, double bed, TV, desk, dressing room, walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Towels and bed linen provided and bed made on arrival. NEW 2024: a kitchen and dining area in the independent guinguette spirit, just for you. Terrace with living room, dining area, plancha, pool and garden area, free access ping-pong table for a relaxing moment. this is our main home and we live there. The garden and pool are shared spaces. I ensure the preparation of the rooms with the utmost care and I will be there to welcome you 😉 Your checkout will be autonomous to give you freedom during your stay (before 11 a.m.). see you soon Guest access Promotional rate on weekdays from Monday evening to Friday morning. The pool is open from May to September from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. It is heated. It is a place shared with us and the hosts. The garden, terrace, plancha, swimming pool, deckchairs, and ping-pong table are freely accessible and will guarantee you a real moment of relaxation after a day of walking or work. Pets not allowed. During your stay We love meeting new people and chatting, and would be happy to share a drink with you if you'd like. Other things to note very responsive, I respond quickly to your questions.
