Our cozy studio apartment sits on a lake with nearby nature paths. Sky Harbor airport and Wild Horse Pass/Firebird raceway are close by, as are freeways, Intel, shopping and eateries. Our peaceful abode is a great place to wind down, relax and enjoy nature. The space This abode is a lovely city retreat brimming with birds, greenery and paths where people walk their dogs and enjoy the outdoors especially during spring and autumn. The convenient location next to freeways makes getting around the city easy, yet you don't hear any road noise from our place. Nearby shopping and restaurants are abundant. The studio kitchen is equipped with a toaster oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and utensils. Guest access You have a private entrance to the upstairs unit which is above our house. There is a carpeted stair case indoors you will take to go up to your unit. There is a front patio, barbecue grill, community pool, walking and biking trails, and the lake very close by. Other things to note Highspeed Internet available (40Mbps). Ample street parking. Parking is available for only 1 car. Sky Harbor Airport is only 13 miles away from us, drive time is less than 20 minutes. We are 11 miles from the new Cubs stadium. The Angels camp (Tempe Diablo stadium) is 9 miles away, and we heard the A's are moving to the old cubs stadium which is 14 miles away.
