In one of the three rooms there is a balcony, equipped with a small table and two chairs, ideal for relaxing or enjoying a good aperitif with your travel companions! In each room you will have large wardrobes, chests of drawers and bedside tables to store your clothes and all your things. The WINDOWS of the rooms, recently renovated, are in PVC, with double glazing and SOUNDPROOFED, also through the insulation system, to minimize external noise and ensure better rest for guests. The house is also comfortable especially for larger groups and hosts up to 6 people, who can use TWO BATHROOMS, both equipped with shower. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare your meals: pots, pans, microwave, kettle and everything you need to season your dishes. There is also a WASHING MACHINE at your disposal. The condominium context is very quiet, as is the neighborhood where the apartment is located, right in the center of Palermo and a few steps from the main attractions. The building is also equipped with a LIFT. In a few minutes on foot you can admire the POLITEAMA THEATRE and then also the MASSIMO THEATRE, and then easily reach the beautiful views of the historic center that our city has to offer!
