The space This property is located on a large, but narrow, lot in historical Phoebus. It is a quaint 2 bedroom home with a large living/dining area, a large full size kitchen, and full bathroom. There is a nice sitting porch out front. Guest access Guests can access the full home and property, other than the secured cabinets/storage shed used by management. Other things to note There is one parking space located in front of the property. Many other spaces are along the street. Tub is a walk-in tub.
