Please look over this before your arrival or if you have questions about your visit, most likely what you're looking for is here: ARRIVING: Please follow these directions, step-by-step, to get into the house and you shouldn't have a problem. When you arrive you will see a door with a number 1 in front of you with an electronic lock. That's your place! PARKING: You will park in the one all the way to the left of the house if you're looking at it. DOOR CODE: We will send you your Door Code Access one day before your arrival. TO ENTER: Press the CODE. TO CLOSE: Just close the door correctly and press the Yale button. CHECK-IN: Check-In time is at 3:00 PM. Before you arrive in town, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out, that the maid service and maintenance have been through the unit, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check-in. Due to this tight timeframe, we don’t allow early check-ins. We apologize for any inconvenience. CHECK OUT: Check-out is at 10:00 AM, please be consent of this rule so we can get in there and get it ready for the next guest. RULES: Please make sure you read and agree with our House Rules. NO SMOKING: Inside the property. $500 Fine NO PARTIES: We don't allow parties under any circumstances, this is a residential neighborhood and we will terminate your reservation and call the police if you break this rule. $1000 Fine.
