Do you love the beach but dislike the crowds or waiting for an elevator or trying to find a parking space? Then the Bid-a-Wee Beach House is where you want to be. Located in a laid-back community with one-half mile of pristine beach and private gated entrances for residents and guests only, overcrowding is eliminated. This family friendly 3-bedroom, 2-bath house is less than a 2-minute walk from the beach and is the perfect location to un-wind and relax from the everyday stress of the world. The space This updated one-story house is the third house from the beach, less than a 2-minute walk to the water but still in sight of the ocean with plenty of ground-level parking in the quiet residential neighborhood of Bid-A-Wee Beach. The 2500-foot private beach frontage has five gated entrances with boardwalks and benches allowing you to enjoy the untouched natural dunes, the sugar-white sands, the emerald-blue ocean and beautiful sunsets. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms there is plenty of space for you to relax and the ROKU enabled televisions give you almost unlimited television viewing opportunities when you are not at the beach. The large master suite features a king-size bed, a sitting area and a work area. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom features two twin beds for the kids. The main living space features plenty of comfortable seating with a large flat-screen television. The fully equipped kitchen offers lots of dinnerware and cooking equipment to meet your needs for an extended stay. A separate breakfast bar is perfect for that early morning coffee. The outdoor space has a gated privacy fence with a picnic table and umbrella for your private outdoor dining as well as a gas-fired barbeque grill. Beach chairs and boogie boards are provided for your beach use and there is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day in the sand. The house is conveniently located less than two miles from Pier Park - the area's premier shopping and dining location. Many area attractions are nearby such as Shipwreck Island Waterpark and Gulf World as well as 30A's quaint restaurants and shops. If you are traveling to the area for sport, festival or concert events, we are the perfect location: Frank Brown Park - 3 miles (5-minute drive) Panama City Beach Sports Complex - 6 miles (10-minute drive) Aaron Bessant Park - 2 miles (5-minute drive) A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR EACH RESERVATION AND THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES WILL APPLY TO EACH GUEST: -MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK IS 25 YEARS OLD. We cater to family groups only and do not rent to vacationing singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by an adult guardian/parent. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will result in an automatic eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid. -BOOKING GUEST'S RESPONSIBILITY. The guest who books the house is responsible for the behavior of ALL guests in the house. It is their responsibility to share a copy of these rules with all the guests. We expect all guests to be responsible and treat the house with respect. The person making the reservation will be responsible for any damages to the property regardless of who caused it. -NOISE. Bid-A-Wee is a quiet, family neighborhood. People live around us, and we respect their right to peace and privacy. Our outdoor space is a wonderful place to dine or gather together or listen to music, but please remember to keep the noise to a reasonable level between the hours of 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. to not disturb the neighbors. If police are called because of disturbances in the house or noise levels, it will be grounds for immediate eviction with no refunds. -Smoking. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house or on the property. If there is evidence of smoking or smoke smell inside the house, there will be an extra cleaning fee of $300.00. -PETS. Due to allergies, no pets (dogs, cats, etc.) are allowed in the house. You will be responsible for ANY and ALL damages (including pet hair) caused by animals you bring into the house without our knowledge. -SAND. Any items (including clothing and towels) that have sand on them are to be rinsed off or shaken out to remove sand prior to entering the house. There is an outdoor shower located on the side of the house for guests to use. Also, each person must rinse off prior to entering the house after coming back from the beach. If the housekeeper finds excessive amounts of sand in the house (including the showers), there will be an additional $60.00 cleaning fee. We understand that sand is inevitable, but if excessive amounts of sand is found in the dryer due to clothes/towels not being shaken off, there will be a $75.00 service charge for cleaning the dryer. -FURNITURE. Indoor furniture is not allowed to be taken outdoors. You will be responsible for any damages that occur if this happens. Guests must shower and make sure all sunscreen and/or suntan oil and lotion is removed from the body before getting on any furniture or beds in the house. Do not sit on any furniture or beds with wet bathing suits or clothing. Any damage to any fabrics or furniture will result in being charged for the cleaning or replacement fee of damaged items. -OUTDOOR CAMERAS. Outdoor cameras are located on the property for security and your safety. These are NOT to be tampered with in any way. Disabling the outside security cameras or damaging them will result in immediate eviction with no refund. -PARKING. There is plenty of parking in the carport and driveway as well as the area in front of the privacy fence that is to the right of the fence gate. Do not park on the left side of the fence gate. No parking is allowed on the street. -RIGHT TO ENTER. Host, or their agent, has the right to inspect the home at any time for any purpose, including but not limited to repairs, maintenance, inspections, verification of guest status, monitoring of proper use of the home, improvements to the home, enforcing the terms of the Rental Agreement, attending to an emergency or any other reason whatsoever, Host will provide 1 hour notice to guests by phone, email or text, except in cafe of an emergency where no notice is required. Guest access You will have access to the whole property - the house and the grounds. Enjoy the 17 palm trees dotted throughout the property as well as plenty of ground-level parking for your vehicles or even a boat. Other things to note The side and back yard are enclosed with a privacy fence and has a picnic table and umbrella for you to enjoy outdoor dining or relaxing in the cool ocean breeze.
