Cozy apartment of 48 sqm, able to accommodate up to 2 people, located on the first floor of a building without elevator. The accommodation is equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning and unlimited wifi. The location is enviable: it is located outside the ZTL and in a quiet street, but at the same time a few meters from the old town and a short distance from all points of interest. Corato Station is a 15-minute walk away. The space The interior space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with gas hob, fridge with freezer, oven and kitchen utensils), dining table, TV and access to balcony I; - BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, split A/C and access to balcony II; - BATHROOM with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC; - BALCONY I; - BALCONY II. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning (a split in the bedroom), portable fan, washing machine, drying rack, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). Extra cleaning available on request and for a fee. PLEASE NOTE: the building does not have a lift - the apartment is on the first floor. In the same structure there are other housing solutions to meet all the needs of guests.
