This is a bed room with a full-size bed, a desk, chair, a bedside table, coat rack, and it comes with two windows to keep the room sunny and breezy. The apartment is a 2 bed room apt with one shared bathroom. Clean, artistic, cozy with plenty of sunlight. Central Park, Museum Mile & other tourist locations a few blocks away! You'll love the apartment, room and the neighborhood! Extremely safe! The space The space is clean, artistic, and cozy. . The room has two windows and receive plenty of sunlight. The living room has an artistic and cozy feel, and is perfect for hanging out, doing work, or relaxing. You will be provided with one pillow and one bathing towel. Please reach out if you’d like to have any additional pillows, bathing towels or washcloths. Guest access Guest have access to kitchen, bathroom and living room. EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: I do go out of my way to make sure my guest are very comfortable and have a pleasant stay, but please mindful that it is my home and not a hotel and I do expect guest to be very respectful of this shared apartment and the building. My place is always kept clean so I do expect guest to keep it that way throughout their stay by cleaning up after themselves. Again this is my home and I do like to maintain a very clean, positive and well kept environment. Absolutely no smoking, alcohol consumption or drugs in the apartment. Absolutely no overnight guest if they are not listed as a traveling guest. For safety reasons any additional guest staying in the apartment not listed on Airbnb must provide me with a copy of a valid ID. No exceptions. ***PLEASE NOTE: the apartment is a 5 flight walk up to the 6th floor. Also I’m always available to help bring up your luggage when you arrive. :-) ***
