Welcome to the Etowah River! This luxury river estate is located on a quiet and private stretch of the river. Bring your fishing pole, your tube, or just a good book and sit down by the fire pit on the river's edge. The space This river home features three levels of decks overlooking the river, including an outdoor gas fire pit. The main floor consists of an expansive living area and wood-burning fireplace, as well as a bedroom with a king bed. Upstairs is a luxurious master suite with walk-in shower and closet. The lower level features two more bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with two full-over-full bunk beds), as well as a large game room with a putting game, pool table, and bar area. Also, this home is located near the infamous Etowah River Mine tunnel, so there is no limit to the outdoor adventure that awaits you. We do not provide kayaks or tubes, but you are welcome to bring your own and enjoy the river. Please wear life jackets if doing water sports. The cabin is 18 minutes/9.8 miles to downtown Dahlonega and - 8 minutes to Castleberry Bridge Recreation Area - 9 minutes to Dahlonega Butterfly Farm - 20 minutes to the Chestatee and Achasta golf courses - 24 minutes to Montaluce Please let us know if you need to know the distance to any particular winery or venue.
