Houses of Sunny offers 3 units of houses in Na Chom Thien beach area. Our modern electric, minimal style, yet homey houses are suitable for you and your loving companions to spend a memorable time together. Staying with us ensures your maximum privacy and comfort within a spacious area, along with a private pool, backyard, and in-house maid and gardener. You can also cherish a peaceful walk of less than 500m to the beach. We hope very much that your stay will be joyful and eternally memorable :) The space The pool villa is 412 SQM, including two houses: 1 main house (4 bedrooms) and 1 smaller house (2 bedrooms) with the following details: **Bedroom** - 5 King beds with 2 single beds. - Fully furnished closet and dressing table - Connecting bathroom - Full amenities are provided (shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer, tissue; etc) **Main House's Living room** - 55" Samsung Smart TV with sound-bar and big sofa - Bluetooth JBL partybox on-the-go Karaoke - Adjustable disco Lights - 1 dining table that can accommodate up to 12 person - Fully equipped kitchen **Smaller House's Living room** - 55" Samsung Smart TV with sound-bar and sofa - 1 dining table that can accommodate 6 person - Fully equipped kitchen - 1 bathroom **Outside area** - 39 SQM private pool with jacuzzi area - Free BBQ with charcoal provided - Outdoor dining table and lounge area - Spacious garden with big trees **Parking Space** - 3 private parking spaces in-front of the house **Laundry and house cleaning** - The laundry and house cleaning is only possible upon request - Daily, weekly, monthly cleaning is possible **Check-in** - Check in is after 3 PM, however, early check-in or luggage drop-off is possible upon request - Please prepare your passport or Thai ID - We will prepare house rules and inventory checklist for guest to sign - 5,000 THB deposit will be collected and the full amount will be return at check-out if there are no damages occur. If there is, certain amount will be deducted according to the inventory checklist. **Check-out** - Check out is after 11 AM, however, late check-out is possible upon request **Other notes** - Hi-speed wifi is provided - Everything is provided in the house, however, if you need anything extra, you can request through Airbnb Guest access The guest will only be able to access the designated house that they have booked, in this case, Sun House. As there are a total of 3 houses in the same area, we do ask every guest to respect one another private spaces. Still, the parking space area is a common area for all guests, therefore, it is the area other than the house that guests can have access to. Other things to note The welcoming staff can only speaks Thai but understand some English. However, the check-in process is easy and the staff will be able to guide you through the house. Still, if you have any problems or questions, I will always be available to answer in Airbnb and a phone number will be provided once you made the bookings.
