This is one of them. There is a 2 burner stove top but no oven - with a toaster oven instead. The refrigerator is a mini frig and the living room and dining room are a bit smaller than the other 1 bd units on the property. The price is less than the regular 1 bd units to reflect these differences. As a benefit this unit is one of the closest to the lake so you have great views! NOTE: The FULL size sofa bed is a typical pull out couch. I *Adults will be uncomfortable *If you are concerned with comfort, bring your own foam topping or airbed. *So please consider this when planning your trip. 32-unit Condominium Resort located right on the lake in Tahoe Vista in North Lake Tahoe. Area is 6,200 feet above sea level with a very nice private sandy beach for all guests to enjoy! Boat access on the East parking lot. We are in the High Sierras and the weather may become cold and very stormy at any time. Guests should always carry chains and a shovel in their cars, as storms are very unpredictable. 4WD vehicles are also recommended during high snow days. Guest access Free self-parking at the front and to the east side of resort. There are free buses available from Placer County. Check - tahoetruckeetransitcom for schedule and stop locations. The nearest one is across from Safeway about 2 blocks away. Traffic can get very heavy during high season dates. Please be careful crossing the streets and watch out for traffic. Some drivers go faster than they should. Please drive carefully as well. Tahoe Vista is right next to Kings Beach where there are restaurants, stores, State Park, Rite Aid drug store etc. within a 1/2 mile so everything is within walking distance. Please respect our beautiful Tahoe scenery by disposing of all your trash in trash bins. Please do not litter. Located in the Sierra Nevada mountains, it is a popular destination for both summer and winter activities.
