Other things to note Any one outside of your reservation and not previously communicated with us, will be billed at $200/person. NYC requires the number of people in the residence to be accurate. There is absolutely NO SMOKING of any substance on the property. If you chose to smoke, please do so on the street. No drug use of any kind on the property. Laundry and groceries are on the same street as the residence. Going out to the bars, cafes, restaurants and parks of 30th, 31st, Broadway, and Ditmars Avenues and Steinway Street are all within reach. A 5 minute walk to the MTA (R,M lines) subway will get you to the majestic Times Square lights of Broadway, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, Madison Square Garden and Bryant Park. Farther still is Little Italy, Chinatown, Soho and Wall St. Conveniently located around 3 major airports. LGA (8min), JFK (30 min) and EWR (1hr). App suggestions for getting around town (other than GMaps): Lime and Citi Bike app for trips less than 30mins, unless you're adventurous enough to take a bike ride into the city.
