On the ground floor: kitchen, living room, cinema room, laundry room with washer and dryer, bathroom/shower, toilet. Upstairs: all bedrooms - 3 double bedrooms including 2 with bathrooms/shower/toilets, - 2 triple bedrooms, - 1 bathroom with bathtub & shower, - separate toilet. 2/3 parking spaces. + 1 crib and high chair The airport is 15 km from the house. In Sigoulès, there is: - the Carrefour Market supermarket is a 5-minute walk, with a real butcher shop inside (the meat is very good) - an artisanal bakery 1-minute walk, - a "Chépaou" pizzeria, very good artisanal pizzas, 5-minute walk, - a small restaurant, "Le Code Bar" road style, - a beauty salon, - the classic Saturday morning market - and the gourmet market on Friday night, (every other Friday next summer) with winegrowers, food trucks, large tables and concerts. There are also many gourmet markets around Sigoulès, that of Monbazillac, is the nearest at 10 km, it takes place every Sunday evening. And there are others: at Château de Tiregand, in Bergerac, Issigeac, Saussignac... Bergerac is 15 km away, market on Wednesday & Saturday. Old Bergerac is very nice to visit. Eymet is 15 km in the other direction, market on Thursday & Sunday and a nice bastide to discover. The Château de Bridoire, exceptional, 6 km, and Monbazillac, 10 km, are must-sees. If you want to discover the wines of Bergerac, there is of course the Sigoulès cellar, the Monbazillac cellar, but also the Château de Fayolle (castle recently bought by a charming American couple) the wine is good, yes yes ;) tasting with charcuterie & cheese boards on the terrace or the Château Monestier La Tour (castle of the Scheufele/Chopard family), which is biodynamic, fascinating guided tour, and so many others! Guest access Accessibility for people with disabilities and reduced mobility, including wheelchair users: Our house has no step-free access to the entrance and is a two-story house with stairs. There is no ramp. There is no lift for pool access. Other things to note Housekeeping and linens are included in the rental price.
