Discover a 140m2 cottage nestled in the heart of nature, middle of 80 ha of preserved forests and meadows. Close from Albi, Gaillac, Cordes, Lautrec and the Tarn valley, the site offers relaxation with swimming pool, walks, visits, lakes and rivers. In evening, the starry sky follows the sunsets over the valley for unforgettable moments. Relaxation, history and nature combine to a unique stay. The space On the upper level, the cottage comprises: - An entrance leading to the 55 m2 living room, lounge and kitchen, featuring a fireplace with wood-burning insert and 50-inch HD television, overlooking part of the gardens and terrace, - One bedroom with one queen-size bed and one single bed. - One bedroom with one queen-size bed. - One bathroom with shower and toilet. On the lower level (even cooler in summer): - A bedroom with one queen-size bed, which can be separated into two single beds. - A bedroom with two single beds. - A laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer, - A bathroom. - A separate toilet. A high chair, cot (travel cot) and kitchen utensils for children are available. The swimming pool is located in the meadow, less than 100 meters from the cottage, providing unforgettable days and evenings. The private garden, landscaped and bordered within a lovely shared wooded park, adjoins the cottage towards the swimming pool. Free parking is available opposite the entrance to the cottage. Pets are welcome provided you inform us before booking and guarantee that you will take care of the cottage (e.g. keeping quiet, preventing scratches, keeping the place clean and ensuring compatibility with other animals living on site). We welcome you personally to provide you with all the information you need to make your stay easier, and then we discreetly leave you to enjoy your peace and quiet. Guest access All areas of the accommodation are for your exclusive private use. Other things to note Rates include cleaning before and after your stay, as well as rental of bed linen and towels. The swimming pool is open from June to September, with variable opening and closing dates depending on weather conditions and average temperatures. Our cottage is located in a Bortle class 3 area (21.7 mag/arcsec²), providing excellent sky quality for astronomical observations.
