Cosy hideaway/private entrance

Cozy 2 bedroom, full bath suite within home. Rental unit separated from owners living space with secured barn door, thus not totally soundproof. Owners have 2 cats in their living quarters. Bedrooms separated by a full bath with washer and dryer access. The larger bedroom has a fully stocked kitchenette. NO FULL KITCHEN AND NO LIVING ROOM. TVs & Wi-Fi in both rooms. Large bedroom has a queen bed and smaller room is a full size bed. It is a 30 minute drive north west of downtown & The U of A. The space Guests enter from the side gate to a path and private keypad door/entrance into the first guest room. The rooms are not large, but they are stocked with everything you need, including a toaster oven/air fryer, and an induction burner for cooking.
